The present writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to lift Lookout Circular (LOC) issued in the name of the petitioner in FIR No.229 of 2019 on the file of Gachchibowli Police Station. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 20.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on the file of this Court, would submit that LOC has been issued having regard to the registration of FIR No.229 of 2019, the investigation into the same has been completed and a charge sheet has already been filed before the learned XII Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, on 30.10.2019 and the CC number is awaited.

In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent authorities, since a charge sheet has already been filed, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Court below, which is seized of the matter, by taking all pleas justifying for grant of relief of lifting of the Lookout Circular. 5.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
