Smt. A.Jayanthi, learned counsel for appellant, has given a letter dt.22-01-2015 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad stating that the appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal. The said request is reiterated in the Court.
