THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.39323, 39343 and 39374 of 2013 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners in these three writ petitions are purchasers of different extents of lands in Survey Nos.60 and 71 to 77, situated at Raghavendranagar, Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that the proceedings against declarants were set aside by this Court and consequently, the writ petitions filed by the purchasers were also disposed of with a direction to the authorities to refund the amounts paid on the applications for regularization. The said decision was reported in N.Linga Rao and others v. Government of Andhra Pradesh and others1, arising out of W.P.No.21580 of 2008 and batch, dated 28.03.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petitions are also covered by the said order. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

In view of the same, these three writ petitions are also disposed of holding that there is no need for petitioners to seek regularization of their possession over the lands and they are entitled for refund of amounts paid for regularization. It is needless to observe that as and when petitioners submitted any Deed of Conveyance, the respondents shall not insist for producing No Objection Certificate from Urban 1 2017 (4) ALT 9

Land Ceiling authorities in view of the earlier pronouncement of this Court.
