Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2016 for mutating his name in the revenue records, the present writ petition has been filed. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the petitioner has not filed proper application in Form VI-A. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application in Form IV-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made there under through Mee Seva Centre concerned by paying the requisite fee. When such an application is made, within six weeks, the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
