OFFICE NOTE 03.10.2023 KS,J I.A.No.3 of 2023 This application is filed seeking correction of the typographical mistakes in the order dated 22.09.2023 passed in IA.Nos.1 & 2 of 2023.

Heard.

This Court on 22.09.2023 granted suspension of sentence of imprisonment to the appellant/accused in IA.Nos.1 & 2 9f 2023. In the 6th line of the 4th paragraph of the said order, Court name is wrongly mentioned and in the second paragraph, the Case number and Court name whereby the appellant was convicted was not mentioned.

In the said circumstances office is directed to insert the following words in the fifth line of the second paragraph, after the word 'Act'.

"in SC.No.466 of 2020, dated 14.09.2023 on the file of Fast Track special Court for Expeditious Trial and Disposal of Rape and POCSO Act Cases, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar."

Further, Office is directed to substitute the Court name in the 6th line of the 4th paragraph as VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, instead of
