It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondents herein assured the petitioners herein that they would consider the request of the petitioners herein in the event of withdrawal of the writ petition and learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition in the above background.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners herein to file another writ petition in the event of there being any problem for the petitioners herein in future. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
