HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 9534 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 7.12.2015 to the third respondent for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds to him in respect of his land and the third respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner applies in Form-6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 (for short "the Act") with supporting documents, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application to the third respondent in Form 6-A prescribed under the Act along with supporting documents and if such an application is made, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said application. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
