This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in seeking to demolish the premises bearing No.5-4742/6 (5-4-742/6/A), at Station Raod, Abids, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential direction. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that as on today, no action is being initiated for demolition of the subject property and that the writ petition is filed only on the apprehension.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, this order will not preclude the respondents 1 & 2 to take action in accordance with law.
