Bhosale) Sri B. Seshbhushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition on merits and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority under the provisions of Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002, for redressal of her grievance.

Public interest litigation is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.

If the petitioner makes any application under the provisions of the aforementioned Act, the concerned authority shall deal with the same strictly in accordance with law. While granting liberty we shall not be understood to have examined the merits of the case.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
