This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent on the complaint dated 18-06-2018 made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.184 of 2018 was registered on 06-07-2018.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
