Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after institution of this writ petition permission was granted for opening of the petitioner-Theatre and it is presently running. In the light of the aforestated developments, learned counsel states that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits at this stage.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
