These writ petitions, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seek the following relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, Order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st and 2nd Respondents in interfering with the marketing activity of bio-products of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, mala fide, intentional and without any right or authority under the Insecticides Act and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the marketing of bio-products of the petitioner in A.P. till such time the 3rd Respondent include the bio-products in the schedule to the Insecticides Act, 1968 by fixing the parameters and pass all necessary orders for the said purpose, in the interest of justice." When the writ petitions are taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.10657/2006 and batch dated 31.05.2006 and a copy of the same is placed on record.

Following the above referred judgment of this Court in W.P.No.10657/2006 and batch dated 31.05.2006 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
