The case of the petitioner is that she made representations dated 24.11.2015, 08.02.2016 and 16.07.2016 before the respondent authorities for mutation of her name in the revenue records by virtue of judgment and decree passed in her favour in O.S.No.119/2013, dated 04.09.2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, Karimnagar District in respect of the land in Sy.No.246 to an extent of Ac.2.38 guntas situated at Laxmidevipalli Village, Sarangapur Mandal, Karimnagar District. As no action has been initiated by the respondent authorities, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
