The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the fourth respondent in registering a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.10.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 22.11.2019, submits that upon receipt of the complaint dated 05.10.2019, made by the petitioner, a GD entry was made and after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.398 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC on the file of Nizamabad IV Town Police Station, on 20.11.2019. A copy of the aforestated written instructions along with a copy of FIR No.398 of 2019 are placed on record of this Court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the fourth respondent, since a case has now been registered acting on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and thus, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in the writ petition. 5.
