When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition was dismissed for default against the 6th respondent on 23.06.2011 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the writ petition against the 6th respondent.

In the absence of 6th respondent, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.
