The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 27.07.2015, passed in E.A.No.73 of 2015 in E.A.No.618 of 2009 in E.P.No.399 of 2007 in O.S.No.6232 of 2006 on the file of learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main E.P. itself was dismissed on 01.03.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
