THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25642 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent in disposing of the petitioners representation dated 17.10.2019 by furnishing the entire bank related statement towards the petitioner loan account No.11494291426 being as illegal, irrational, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice offending Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and to consequently direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2019 and furnish the entire bank statement pertaining to petitioner's loan account."

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the State Bank of India appearing for the respondent submits that information sought by the petitioner was furnished to him through Registered Post, but, same came to be returned unserved. He, however, furnished a copy of the statement of account of the petitioner to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
