HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11885 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 802 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Police Station, Mailardevpally, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270, 272 and 420 IPC. It is reported that the second respondent-Station House Officer, Police Station, Mailardevpally, Cyberabad filed the charge sheet in the aforesaid crime.

In view of the said representation, the relief sought for in the petition is culminated into completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Hence no relief can be granted in the present petition.

The Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
