THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7475 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by petitioner/A2, seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Cr.No.128 of 2019 on the file of Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506, 509 IPC and under Section 5 of T.S. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

During hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the earlier applications filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail were dismissed by the Court below as well this Court.

In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the earlier bail applications for anticipatory bail filed by petitioner/A2 were dismissed by the Court below and this Court on merits and since there is no new ground urged by the petitioner in the present application, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her and her prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 6.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
