This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1 of 2017 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kadiri and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 13.03.2017 and 21.03.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
