THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3025 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 16.11.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.754 of 2016 in S.C. No.624 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Special Sessions Judge-cum-VII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar.

When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
