HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 457 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7, on instructions, submit that respondent Nos.5 to 7 will comply the directions issued by this Court vide order, dated 08.08.2014, passed in W.P.No.10548 of 2010, within two months from today. By this order, respondent Nos.5 to 7 were directed to conduct a joint survey of the land leased out to the appellant after issuing notice to him so as to find out whether the leased area falls within the wild life sanctuary. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7, learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is needless to mention that respondent Nos.5 to 7 shall comply with the directions issued by this Court in the impugned order, within two months from today. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.5 to 7 shall communicate this order to the concerned respondents, within one

week from today.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
