The concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the Courts below while granting injunction in favour of the respondents are subject matter of this Second Appeal.

The appellant failed to raise any substantial questions of law for this Court's interference under Section 100 CPC. However, if the appellant is so interested, he can file a comprehensive suit for declaration of title and other appropriate reliefs. Though the findings regarding prima facie title appear to be rendered by the Courts below as no issue of title has been framed, such findings will not come in the way of the appellant in the event of his filing the suit for declaration of title.

Subject to the liberty given to the appellant as above, the Second Appeal is dismissed.

As a sequel, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
