HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19622 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the land admeasuring Ac.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.60/VU situated at Pulimamidi Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same by virtue of registered sale deed bearing No.2363/15 on 02.02.2015. Basing on the same, the petitioner made an application on 06.06.2015 for mutation of his mane in the revenue records by paying necessary fees to the 2nd respondent. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application made by the petitioner on 06.06.2015 is stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 22-06-2016 dv
