HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22458 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent 2 and 3 in misusing the official capacity to help respondents 4 to 9 and calling the petitioner and his members to the police station without there being any complaint against them as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of wife of the petitioner, the petitioner and his wife were called to the police for counselling and entry was made in the General Diary. After counselling the parties, they stated that they will settle the matter shortly and hence no action is needed. It is also stated that the respondent-police are not harassing the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
