This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 4th respondent to provide police protection for survey of land by the 3rd respondent-Mandal Surveyor in pursuant to F-line petition dated 04-04-2018 in Sy.Nos 311-1 and 311-3 of Rajupalem Village, Tripuranthakam Mandal, Prakasham District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home says that survey has already been conducted and the 4th respondent has given necessary police protection.

Heard learned counsel for the 5th respondent. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
