This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1915 of 2015 from the file of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-XV Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur and transfer the same to the Court of XVI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District-cum-III Additional Family Court at Malkajgiri. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that F.C.O.P.No.1915 of may be transferred to Family Court, Secunderabad, in order to avoid inconvenience to both parties.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main transfer petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. F.C.O.P.No.1915 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-XV Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-II Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur and transferred to the Family Court, Secunderabad, for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
