Radhakrishnan) The issues raised in this writ appeal stand covered by the judgment dated 04.07.2018 in W.A.No.884 of 2018. We, therefore, order that this Writ Appeal will also stand covered by the terms of the said judgment and the parties will be governed by an interim order in the same manner as has been issued in that case to govern the parties till final disposal of the writ petition.

The Writ Appeal is ordered accordingly.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending stand closed. No order as to costs.
