The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.228 of 2018.

Since the original record is already received by the Court below, there ought not to be any reason or delay in disposing of I.A.No.228 of 2018.

Keeping in view the totality of circumstances, the revision is ordered by directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli to dispose of I.A.No.228 of 2018 in O.P.No.78 of 1988 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
