HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2766 OF 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the promotion given to the petitioners with effect from 4-2-2001 instead of 12-12-1999. Both sides represented that all the petitioners including respondents 2 to 8 have retired on attaining the age of superannuation and no further orders are necessary.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary.
