THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22886 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard.

The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that this Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in preventing the fifth respondent from constructing his building by occupying Government land and without leaving any setbacks despite petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2016 in Survey No.1576/379, CAS No.443, in Mini Bypass Road, Ramalingapuram, Nellore as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent No.2 to cancel the building permission accorded to respondent No.5 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.'

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20.01.2016. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the facts in issue, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to pass orders in the representation dated 20.01.2016, made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks after hearing the petitioner and the affected parties, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
