CVNR, J & GSP, J LGA.No.5 of 2018 Dt:14.8.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal is filed against order, dated 14.10.2016, in LGOP.No.442 of 2003 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. At the hearing, Mr. J.C.Francis, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that his clients may be permitted to participate in the execution proceedings by opposing and filing appropriate applications to protect their interests. Mr. A.Najeeb Khan, learned counsel for respondent No.1, submitted that there could be no reason to oppose the request of the learned counsel for the appellants.

In the light of the above, the appeal is disposed of without adjudicating the same on merits, however, with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 09.7.2018, is vacated and I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 5 are dismissed as infructuous.
