THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI APPEAL SUIT No.190 of 1997 And A.S.M.P.No.1686 of 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT:

A.S.M.P.No.1686 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the First Appeal since the same is settled outside the Court.

Petition is un-opposed. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the A.S.M.P. is allowed, permitting the petitioner/appellant to withdraw the First Appeal. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
