This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 20.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.209 of 2017 in O.S.No.160 of 2017 on the file of the I Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
