No representation for the sole petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that final report was filed by the Investigating Officer before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, requesting to close the case due to 'lack of evidence' and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
