THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition Nos.26866, 26869, 26919 and 26926 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Dwarakanath, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw all these four writ petitions. Sri J.Anil Kumaar, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would request this Court to record that the respondents have, in their counter affidavit filed in these four writ petitions, specifically denied the Deputy Commissioner having executed any agreement with the writ petitioners.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
