O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.01.10.2019 in W.P.No.21820 of 2019. Under the said order, this Court had directed the Tahsildar, Thungathurty Mandal to dispose of the petitioners' application under Form VI(A) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 for issuance of pattadar pass book within six weeks.

Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent states that the respondent on 07.12.2019 has rejected the petitioner's application.

In this view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed, since the order is complied with, granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dt.07.12.2019 of the respondent by way of a separate proceeding. No costs.
