THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22996 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the respondent-Municipal Corporation authorities are trying to lay a road through middle of the land of the petitioner-Ashramam.
On the other hand, on instructions, Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, submits that the land of the Ashramam is well protected by a fencing and the Municipal Corporation is not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the same and not laying any road, as alleged in the writ petition. The same is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI,J 06th July, 2018 smr
