ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not granting permission to the petitioner for construction of house in premises bearing Municipal No.7-3-63/1, situated near Junior College Play Ground, Nirmal, Adilabad District and insisting for production of unconcerned documents as illegal and arbitrary.
After arguing the case, Mr. Ravinder Reddy,
learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh Writ Petition for claiming relief against respondent No.4.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.53150 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
