There was no representation for the petitioners when this matter was taken up for hearing on 03.06.2015 and again on 19.06.2015. It was accordingly directed to be listed 'For Dismissal' on 22.06.2015. Today, the matter appears under the said caption but there is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
