O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioners is that though they are making construction as per the permission vide Permit No.3/C20/09110/2019 in file No.3/C20/02532/2019, the 3rd respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, represented by Deputy Commissioner - Serlingampally Circle - XX, without issuing any notice, and in violation of principles of natural justice, is interfering with their construction activity in the subject land. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the construction activity of the petitioners, provided the same is in conformity with the sanctioned plan, and if there are any violations, it is open for the said respondent to take appropriate action by following due process of law.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
