Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate legal proceedings. W.P.M.P.No.7001 of 2017 is also filed to that effect. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, WPMP No.7001 of 2017 is ordered and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
