The case of the petitioners is that their lands were acquired by the Government for the purpose of Air Force Academy and in the list of beneficiaries prepared by the 2nd respondent - District Collector (L.A.,), Sangareddy District at Sangareddy erstwhile Medak District, on 29.01.2014, their names were not included. Aggrieved by the same, they made number of representations, and the latest one was made on 10.10.2019. As their claim for including their names in the list of beneficiaries, is not being considered, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Revenue and Land Acquisition. Since the grievance of the petitioners is stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent by way of representation dated 10.10.2019, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
