Miriyala Amarnath, v. The Andhra Pradesh Housing Board ,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition Nos. 3671 and 8405 of 2008 Common Order:
These two Writ Petitions relate to a challenge made to the allotment of land belonging to the Housing Board for construction of a Temple. The Writ Petitions were filed way back in the year 2008 and there was no interim order prohibiting the construction of Temple, as a result of which the Temple was constructed and daily worship is going on. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for consideration, as rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents. The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
