This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, is filed by the appellant/ plaintiff, challenging the order, dated 02.03.2015, passed in I.A.No.395 of 2014 in O.S.No.719 of 2014, by the V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/ plaintiff and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the appellant/ plaintiff requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject suit in O.S.No.719 of 2014 expeditiously. 4 .

Acceding to the said request of the learned counsel for the appellant/ plaintiff, the learned V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is directed to dispose of the subject suit in O.S.No.719 of 2014, pending on its file, within six (06) months from today.

With the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CMA shall stand closed.
