THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7363 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A1 on bail in connection with C.O.R.No.35 of 2022, on the file of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Narayankhed, Sangareddy District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner/A1 would submit that the petitioner is undergoing treatment and is hospitalized due to heart ailments.

Earlier, this Court granted the relief of interim bail to this petitioner/A1 for a period of four weeks keeping in view his medical condition, in Crl.P.No.5287 of 2022, dt.04.07.2022.

However, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner/A1 submits that his medical condition has not improved and another eight weeks time would be required. 6.

Keeping in view the health condition of the petitioner/A1, finally, interim bail for a period of eight weeks is granted to the petitioner/A1 till 10.10.2022. As a consequence of granting eight weeks interim bail on medical grounds, NBWs shall stand suspended till 10.10.2022. 7.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
