This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the representations dated 12.10.2015 & 20.05.2016 for mutation of her name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.46 cents in Survey No.101/1, situated at Akarampalli Revenue Village No.9 of Tirupati Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no representation is made by the petitioner as per rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application as per Rules. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make application as per Rules in respect of her grievance and on such application the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
