THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.22437 OF 2018 ORDER:

On 03.07.2018, at the request of respondents, the Writ Petition has been directed to be listed to today 'for admission'. The learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Revenue and Medical Health place before the Court written instructions dated 02.07.2018 and 10.07.2018 respectively. The fourth respondent places on record the order dated 21.02.2018 of Joint Collector under Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006.

Mr. B.S.Karthik appearing for petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to do business in packaged drinking water and the petitioner is prepared to give representation to respondents 2 and 3 for vacating the seizure effected and that the petitioner is prepared to comply with the condition imposed by order dated 21.02.2018.

Keeping in view the orders passed by the Joint Collector and also the statement, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition by this order.

(a) Petitioner is given liberty to give representation to respondents 2 to 4 by enclosing a copy of this order within two (2) weeks from today.

(b) The respondents shall consider the representation and pass orders including vacating the seizure effected subject to petitioner complying with the conditions imposed by them within two (2) weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ________________ (S.V.BHATT, J) 11th July 2018 RRB
