Though the matter came up for hearing on 26.02.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner/accused. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor there is any representation made on his behalf. Therefore, it is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
