O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the data with regard to the temporary registration of his vehicle is not being transferred from RTA, Sangareddy, to RTA, Nizamabad.

It is the case of the petitioner that all necessary formalities in this regard have been complied with.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to effect the transfer of data as sought by the petitioner, in the event he has complied with all the requisite formalities, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event any shortfalls remain which require to be rectified by the petitioner, the authorities shall intimate the same to the petitioner, so that the needful may be done by him. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
